If the shirt doesn't fit, Poplin & Panache will gladly exchange it for a different size! Just remember to make sure the unused item/s is in its original condition and packagaing and sent within 21 days of the invoice date.

Remedies

You can choose one of the following remedies:

  1. reject the goods and get a refund;
  2. reject the goods and get a replacement or one of similar value if reasonably available; or
  3. keep the goods and get compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.

Limitation of Remedies

You cannot reject the goods where:

  • the rejection period for the goods has ended; or
  • the goods have been lost, destroyed or disposed of by you; or
  • the goods were damaged after being delivered to you for reasons not related to their state or condition at the time of supply; or
  • the goods have been attached to, or incorporated in, any real or personal property and they cannot be detached or isolated without damaging them.
